Northside College Prep - Special Education

Special Education

Special Education services are provided at Northside College Prep, and students with special education needs are encouraged to participate in the selective admissions process.

At Northside, we are committed to supporting the needs of individuals with disabilities, and will implement Individualized Education Plans regarding testing and/or classroom accommodations as well as overall programmatic supports. We are currently servicing the following exceptionalities.

Learning Disabilities (LD)
Emotional/Behavioral Disorders (EBD)
Speech-Language Impairments (SPL)
Other Health Impairments (OHI)
Severe/Profound Cognitive Delays (SPH)

The chair of the Special Education Department is Sue Boeck, whom is assisted by Christopher Pellikan. Many times, students at Northside gain the opportunity to interact with students form the Special Education Department. Below, you can see some of the more special and exciting moments of the year.
