Students in a college preparatory curriculum take those courses that are prerequisites for college admission. Those courses include four years of English; three to four years each of a foreign language, science, mathematics and social studies; two years of fine arts; and four years of physical education. Several of these courses should be taken at the advanced placement level or at the college level through College Bridge. Back to the top of the FAQ
