In this workshop students will be exposed to various types of cuisine from different cultures.
Students will research recipes, prepare them and give a presentation on the histroy of the dish,
its association with any celebration or culture significance. The recipes will become a part
of recipe book that will be published for Northside students and faculty. Students will also
take trips to restaurants and culinary schools.
