Adventures in Equestrian Studies

The topics covered will revolve around the autonomy of the horse, different breeds, horse care, styles of riding and equipment, handling and training techniques and career opportunities. The benifits of pet therapy will also be examined. A significant portion of the workshop will include a service learning component with the therapeutic riding program at the Morton Grove and Northside Learning Center.
