Academic Decathlon

This distinguished club combines the talents of children from different grade levels in to one team and places them into a competitive atmosphere with other schools. It allows students to reveal their individual interests and knowledge while working together and developing teamwork and leadership skills. As quoted by Jan Olowski, "It lets students shine academically without being judged by how smart they look on the report card."

The Northside AcaDec team is looking for brilliant students with a record of doing poorly in school. If you are willing to dedicate yourself to AcaDec and have a GPA of 2.74 or lower for the last two years (C average for freshman), e-mail the AcaDec PR Commissar Mark Flatley for more information.

These are the people involved in this club.
